This form is intended to provide feedback to the TCLL Umpire In Chief (UIC) on how the Junior and Adult Umpires are performing.
The goal of this form is to provide feedback in an effort for the TCLL UIC to help teach and improve the abilities of our Junior and Adult Umpires. Please ensure your feedback is constructive. The TCLL UIC may not be able to respond to each submission, however each submission will be used as data to help with grading and evaluations of each of the umpires.
